FWIW – I am against any restrictions on ontology work.  Ontology captures the perceptions/conceptualization and IMO no body has the the right to restrict use.  Having a license that declares the legal owner as any other than being in the public commons could be bad.

Restrictions on use of the registry interface could be permissible as there is a cost associated with maintaining this.  I would be willing to be on this panel if time permits.
