[ppy] I guess some developer has to "create" it first ... and then
administrators/stewards/users of "ontologies" will be able to leverage
those capabilities. (03)
Among others, discussing related issues over the OOR mailing lists,
and participating at our bi-weekly OOR-team conference call would be a
good way to influence the outcome. (04)
As a community, we lucked out on this one ... as the Raytheon/BBN
folks also found that to be a priority, and are putting resources into
making it happen. ... please also see my earlier response to
