Dear Colleagues, (01)
I realize that initial meetings need to formulate terms etc. but am concerned
that the we need to move beyond these soon in order to make progress. (02)
Perhaps it would be good in future meetings to give the meetings a more R&D
flavor rather than an academic flavor. This would mean focusing more on
Deliverables, ACTION ITEMS, Participants, Roles, Sponsors, dependencies,
status, issues etc. (03)
BTW we should consider wiki content to address each of above topics so we all
keep in sync with it and each other. (04)
