A few questions on BioPortal parser:

Does BioPortal have some kind of throttling built into the parser? Does it try to parse all pending ontologies at the same time? 

How does the parser handle server/services restart? Does it pick up from where it left off or does an admin have to manually kick off parsing for these ontologies?

I see that the Ordnance survey Spatial Relations ontology that Gary submitted can now be Explore'd, though a number of other ontologies are stuck in "Parsing Ontology" or otherwise not Explore'able.

Several (most likely) BioPortal issues:

 Explore'ing Ordnance survey Spatial Relations doesn't show much, since it consists primarily of properties.

 Properties like locatedNear and found by Search'ing for located and locatedNear but not near or Near (while both do return based_near).

 Could Parsing Error's include a link to the error output?
