I created a synopsis of the Track A email threads, highlighting their main points and recommendations.  It is posted on the Community Input page [1] so that it could be easily reviewed, commented on and extended.

Please do so!  

In the future, the Track A co-champions will take all the input and mail threads, and synthesize them.
