[ontology-summit] Tracks 1 and 2: Loss of discussion of emergent behavio

Engineers are very familiar with engineered systems having un-engineered behavior, i.e., emergent behavior. So I don’t see where the copout is, unless it is with those who (ontologists?) confuse designing a system to for a specific purpose and what a system actually does or can do.
