Can you pull out a key few sentences or paragraphs and stick them into the communique at the end in an appendix? I will use that at a starting point. Include the link as well.

If you need some definitions to use as a starting point, I'll contribute
anything from the following article, including the glossary at the end.
I wrote the definitions in that glossary in the mid 1990s for an ANSI-
sponsored working group on ontology.  There was some discussion about
them, and I kept updating that list until the discussions died down:

Of course, a dying discussion is not the same as a vote to approve,
but at least it is a sort of "last man standing" achievement.
Over the past dozen years, there have been 36,190 hits on that page.

If anybody wants to adopt, modify, revise, or extend those definitions,
please make any suggestions that seem appropriate.
