This looks like something that Ontolog fits well into, operationally,
at least. Although, we'd probably need to work out some issues
organizationally (or how the community is represented to become a
grant receiving entity.) (02)
Would definitely be nice to meet with an NSF program officer handling
this solicitation to learn more about it, if one of them may be at
your workshop. (03)
