Wikis: The Wiki Way to the Semantic Web" ... You are cordially invited

The session is entitled: "Semantic Wiki Applications & Use Cases (1):

This session will be co-chaired by Mr. Mike Dean (BBN) & Mr. Peter Yim
(CIM3; Ontolog). They have put together a panel of application
developers and champions, who will be showing us some domain specific
applications that are employing semantic wiki technologies. Our expert
panel will include Mr. Harold Solbrig & Dr. Guoqian Zhang (from Mayo
Clinic), Dr. Jie Bao & Dr. Li Ding (from the RPI Tetherless World
Constellation), Mr. Christoph Lange (from Jacobs University), ... and
they will be showcasing exemplary semantic wiki applications from the
domains of Biomedical Informatics, Healthcare, Mapping, Mathematics

Besides the ones mentioned above, we may also have "one slide" (3 min.
max) "lightning talks" from others who are developing semantic wiki
applications for specific domains. ... If you are interested, just
send me (Peter Yim <peter.yim@xxxxxxxx>) a title, a one-paragraph
abstract, and your one slide (in pdf, if possible) on/before
end-of-day (tomorrow) Wed 2009.01.21, and we will add you to the

this session, after we are done with all the prepared presentations.
We are confident that the mini-series will be useful for those who
seek to find out what semantic wikis are all about, as well as for the
