Technical Committee), Mr. David Webber (Senior Architect, 
Integrity One Partners, Chair, OASIS Content Assembly Mechanism) 
and Ms. Michelle Raymond (Principal Research Scientist, Honeywell 
ACS Labs). Under the session title: "Resolved: Effective
