UML diagrams, by themselves, can capture a significant part
of an ontology.  But you at least need OCL (or some other notation
that has the expressive power of FOL to describe more).    (02)

That depends on the kinds of applications and the background
of the people who are developing them.  The website for
SQLUNET was designed for people who were developing NLP
technology.    (04)

I cited it as an example of the kinds of developments that
some people have found to be useful.  But as they say, YMMV.    (05)
