Right. As I briefly mentioned, this would be a multi-sorted logic, in which
your types are the sorts. Quantification is always relative to a type (all
fish..., there exists a man..., but never just plain forall or exists) and the
type name is required by the syntax rules to be attached to the quantifier.
There are many versions of this kind of logic, varying in part by how complex
the system of types/sorts is allowed to be and how much one can say about them. (03)

free, or bound by S? If the former, what is the syntactic relationship between

proposed formalization. Seems to me the correct formalization is
