That statement is so wrong in so many ways. For a start, the syntax of the two 
sentences are quite different. The second sentence refers to a name for 
something, the first one does not. The second one has a qualifier ("technical") 
on the defined category, the first does not. The first one states that 
something is in a class; the second does not. They are about as different as 
two short sentences can get.     (03)
