have been a shock. Capitalism meets out this kind of discipline to
those that deserve it - how dare the board sign off on a deal without
a proper due diligence. The D&O insurance should not have to cover
that level of stupidity. eating the $5MM would have been a cheep
lesson - too bad nobody running Dragon learned to pay attention to red
