Can you relate this to a self interest ontology?
It could be very useful in addressing such
problems if we could make something more formal
and suddenly agree on it.      (02)

As realists, we must avoid socially constructed
notions without any real 
substance, and which are hardly social facts, as
the "First World", races, 
etc. I'd recognize the Three Worlds, but as World
1 (the physical universe), 
World 2 (the mental world), World 3 (all the
products of the human mind).
Re, the overcentralized government and regulatory
bodies. Any 
self-organizing process in any system emerges
without a central 
authority/external element, as a result of the
local dynamic multiple 
interactions of the individuals/elements making up
the system, social or 
economic. Resulting spontaneously when things are
let alone, the 
self-organization as a spontaneous order is
emerging out of less order, a 
seeming chaos. But there is a reverse process as
well, the spontaneous order 
as degenerated to a social chaos due to the strict
political or social 
regulation, or unsolicited interference, corrupted
practices, mostly 
motivated by political/economic/financial
self-interests, as it happens in 
England now, grossly lacking an organic inclusive
society.
As for the rest, we are mainly in the same line.
