Happy New Year!
For those planning to attend The Open Group Conference in San Diego, today (January 3rd) is the deadline for obtaining discount rates at the conference hotel. This Friday, January 7th, is the deadline for obtaining early bird rates for conference registration.
Although it has not been posted on the conference Web site yet, the UDEF workshop to address UDEF end user requirements with potential UDEF tool vendors is scheduled for Monday afternoon, February 7th. On Monday evening (following the networking session), a joint Open Group and San Diego Section of IEEE meeting is scheduled to address Next Generation UDEF in the context of enterprise architecture and interoperability.
I hope to see many of you there.
Ron Schuldt, Chairman
The Open Group UDEF Interested Parties
