As the presentation was referring to ontology construction, the word may
have been holonymy which is the reverse relation for meronymy (part/whole)
and it is used in many ontologies and semantic lexicons(as in WordNet) as
a conceptual/lexical relation
but as the slides are referring to some geographical information in the
tables too there is another probability that the word has been holonomy
which is a term used in geography and you can find some simple description
on it at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holonomy
so it may be a domain-specific lexical relation.
