[ontolog-forum] linking communities

Dear ontolog-ers,

I consider myself one of the rare medical specialists with both interests in patients as in ontology. Anyway, we are trying to develop a semantic platform for an increasing problem in healthcare :  chronic wounds,   more particular the imaging of chronic wounds. We were already able to overcome some major problem namely the device-dependency of digital imaging by using a reference chart  and transforming to a standard color space (sRGB) (Consistent cutaneous imaging with commercial digital cameras. Arch Dermatol. 2006 Jan;142(1):42-6). The architecture for our semantic platform will be based on the collaboration of clinicians and ontology experts. I would be very pleased if the project could be reviewed by some experts and perhaps someone is interested for collaboration.
