We actually have an ongoing initiative called "Ontologizing the
Ontolog Body of Knowledge" (ref:

which there is active work going on under the OntologTaxoThesaurus
project that BobSmith and DeniseBedford are heading. You might want to
check that out. (03)
As far as the collaborative Protege tool is concerned, you might want
to take that up at the [protege-user] forum. (04)
