The OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) TC has recently approved the 
UBL Naming and Design Rules (NDR) v1.0 as a Committee Draft and approved 
it for public review. The public review starts today, 17 September 2004 
and ends 17 October 2004.    (01)

The NDR draft may be downloaded from

Comments are solicited from all interested parties and may be submitted 
to the TC via a web form found on the TC's web page at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ubl. Click the button for "Send A
