As we were talking about complex issues related to Address and some of
the conversations in various forums, I have attached: (01)
* A conversation about the impact of assembly that began when
discussing country identification in CCSD (and CCTS), and UBL (per
comments from OAG-CC)
* Some work that Fred vanBlommestein did on postal address (02)
I'll see what else I can find about these items. I've not seen the
relevant UBL notes yet on Address given the lengthy detailed discussion
