I would be happy to work with you and Sue on the "mapping across different
standards" use cases. It may be next week before I can spend measurable time
on it though :-)    (01)

Further to my discussion with Sue Probert this morning, she and I
agreed to make a joint attempt in drafting the use cases for "address
structure" and "mapping to/from other representations" (respectively,
items 6b and 6c from our 4.10.03 conference calling proceedings -- see
http://ontolog.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Conference_Call_2003-04-10#nid058
)    (05)

Due to other engagements that we, each, need to get out of the way
before we can put time into this work, please allow us a couple of
weeks to come back with a first draft.    (06)

Revisiting the use case section on our [ubl-ontology] project page, I
can see that MikeDaconta and JohnYunker had, respectively, brought up
the first ("automated document validation", i.e. 6a of our 4.10.03
call discussion) and third ("mapping across different standards", i.e.
6c of our 4.10.03 call discussion) candidate use cases. It will be
great if:    (07)

(i) Mike Daconta would join forces with Bill McCarthy in writing up
that "automated document validation" use case, and    (08)

(ii) John Yunker would join Sue and myself to write up the "mapping
across different standards".    (09)

[ we did talk about working in pairs before, didn't we (see
http://ontolog.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Conference_Call_2003-03-20#nid0119)
]    (010)

OK with you all, Bill, Mike, John, Sue?    (011)

Best regards,
PPY
