As the event is drawing near, I am hoping to be in a position to
put up the session page over the coming weekend, and announce the

Do I take it that the session will start with a overview of the
mini-series by Steve and then an invited talk by Chris? (If that
assumption is off, please let me know how the session will be

If so, would Chris please advise by return e-mail a title and a
one short paragraph abstract of your presentation. (Steve's would
probably be the Title and Abstract of the mini-series as a whole,
then, I guess.) (011)
Further, would Steve also provide (i) a title and (ii) an
abstract for the entire series. And possibly provide (iii) a set
of issues/questions for discussion/debate that would help frame
the overall the scope and approach we are taking for the entire
mini-series? (012)
Closer to the time, I would need the slide deck from each of you.
For now, let's set the deadline for slides as end-of-day Mon
16-Oct-2006. (Do let me know if you'd like to cut closer to the
