We're generally not near the limit on the number of lines (which is
100), but it is definitely advisable for your group to do this
together in one room (with a shared projected screen for the slides)
if there are more than, say, 3 people that you're expecting. (04)
However, please send me all the names (of people you are expecting
when you have them) ... since we do attempt to post the name of
everyone who participated. (05)
