Thanks for the careful documentation of working and corrupted files, Peter.    (01)

I tested the DVD on two separate machines, and you tried many more.     (02)

The solution may involve more time and effort than is warranted. One
approach is to
cut another Master DVD Directly from the DV cassettes to eliminate
"corruption" from transfers.     (03)

Let us keep our notes about the experiment...    (04)

Will check out the website.    (05)

 Thanks,    (06)

 Bob

Bob,    (08)

Your "Kurt & Bob" DVD arrived in the mail today. Thanks.    (09)

I've got good news and bad news ...    (010)

... the good news is, some files worked, and I'm uploading them to the
server, and you will be able to see them under:    (011)

   http://nm2.cim3.net:8880/ontolog/resource/ontolog-nov03-f2f/    (012)

The smallest one is up there already, and you can access it as:    (013)

http://nm2.cim3.net:8880/ontolog/resource/ontolog-nov03-f2f/Jan2002_UBL.wmv    (014)

(unfortunately, that's not from an earlier UBL meeting, and not from our
workshop ... I'll be removing it eventually.)    (015)

... the bad news is that I am having problem reading you DVD. I actually
tried 4 different DVD drives (from both Win2K & WinXP) and only 2 (out of
the four) were able to read some of the contents properly (the same ones,
though, from both).    (016)

The result of my attempt is noted below.    (017)

-----[y] indicates that I was able to read content properly (otherwise, I
was unable to read content properly, mostly due to content corruption.)    (018)
