[ppy] Yes, last (Oct-17) session was arguably the worst (connectivity
inflicted) experience we've had, out of all the session Ontolog has
hosted since we started doing virtual sessions - two of the 5 speakers
lost their connections in the middle of their presentations (a few of
the participants as well) ... I too, lost one of my connections; but
luckily, I was on redundant connections, so the main session was not
interrupted, resulting in kicking everyone out! (010)
There has been a lot of problems with Microsoft/Skype lately ...
therefore, I would, at the least, want all speaker to call into the
conference bridge on a voice or VoIP line, and am considering not
listing Skype as a dial-in option, until Microsoft/Skype has cleaned
up their act (I realize Microsoft/Skype are in the process of changes
and easing into a new API. ... maybe that is what's been causing the
problems; but I cannot be sure.) (011)
