I wonder because meeting n.08 on Jun 05 started 16:30 UTC, 2.5h later than
most other meetings, starting 14:00 UTC, cf. [1]. (03)
Has the scheme changed in general, or was n.08 an exception? I'm sorry, but
I don't remember. (04)
