Not sure - the LOA site is under re-construction and some people's pages are
not yet up-to-date there. But several main pages in that site appear ok.

He's still having a "1" in the confirmation column in Leo's latest version,
as just received. That matches earlier emails. An explicit "yes" from Leo
may still be safer (because the proposal of another person (Sujan Perera) in
