I agree to this. Thanks to you and Claudio for taking this on. (02)
Let's hear from the Education Committee chairs. (03)

Subject: Re: [iaoa-education] 2012 IAOA Summer School in Trento: first
considerations (07)
Dear all, (08)
Claudio and I discussed a bit the overall situation. We concluded that things
do not look good at all.
Several decisions need to be taken quickly and we do not have experience about
this kind of events. (09)
Said that, we are available to take charge of the organization, by this we
include both logistics and content (since the Ed. Committee is asking for
volunteers on both these aspects).
More precisely, we are willing to work out a first (rough) proposal about the
local organization, the budget and the school format with suggestions about
courses/lecturers (at least to some extent).
The Ed. Committee should then meet to discuss the proposal and suggest
adjustments/alternatives.
Discussing everything together from scratch would be ideal but we are afraid it
would take too much time... (010)
If the Ed. Committee agrees on the two of us taking up these roles and on this
way to proceed, then Claudio and I will start working on it. (011)
Cheers
-Stefano and Claudio (012)
