I think it boils down to the question that I asked at the end of my last email:     (01)

I did not quite get the reaction to my last email that I was hoping for. So let 
me again encourage all of you: Please consider volunteering. If you can't, 
contact people who you think might want to volunteer. If we don't find 
somebody, I don't think we should go forward.     (03)
