I will be listening in on today's SICOP meeting as long as I can, but
my schedule is very full and I am hustling to put together sufficient
resources for the development environment to accommodate RedHat
Enterprise Linux 4, and the Oracle 10g R2 package as well as the
Oracle Portal and the Preparedness Portal. (02)
The good news is that I think I finally discovered a way to do it
within the constraints I have and within the time budget, but it
doesn't leave much time to listen in, no matter what my own
preferences are. Also, I have this wee small action item to write
proposals for XML 2005. (03)
One of those preferences is to find a way to make to the 23rd work,
because I would very much like to have this project associated with
the Ontolog context of Jon Bosak's presentation as it relates to
practical means for implementing the ontological "glue" of RDF-OWL,
CAP, WSRP and UBL, while harmonizing the contexts of emergency
management, healthcare delivery and, of course, the DRM,even if the
focus for this workshop is not DRM per se, all of which is to say it
reinforces the practical mechanics of "Pioneering Governance
Mechanisms for Collaboration: Toward High-Performance Mission
Delivery in a Networked World." (04)
I am copying this to the health-ont mailing list since there are a
few people in that effort that are probably not aware of how this
effort relates to that ongoing work.\ (05)
