I wanted to let everyone know that I think this is something we
should take up, at some point in our panel discussion since it
represents a concrete step forward in the area we are discussing. I
will post a set of comments tomorrow morning distilled from the notes
I took from my conversation with Marc Wine and further thoughts on
the signficance of what this notice. (06)
