In 2010 these have been from 11-noon (East Coast time) usually on the 3rd Wed of the month. The plan is to continue this into 2011. (2JW7)
Meeting agendas are mailed the weekend before the meeting with a preliminary list of topics and speakers planned for the meeting. (2JW8)
Minutes from the meetings are usually mailed to members within 3-5 days of a meeting and are posted on the SocopMeetingpage. (2JW9)
