Agenda & Proceedings (UC)
- 0. Peter: workspace and infrastructure detailed above has been set up to augment this work. (UD)
- 1. Adam: walk-through of the CCTONT v0-2f artifact. (UE)
- 2. All: Q & A (UH)
- (UI)
- Garret: IPR issues (UJ)
- Peter: please refer to http://ontolog.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl#nid036 (UK)
- Peter: Hhow is the CCTONT delivered. Will the CCTONT be monolithic, and have all (or all the necessary) SUMO and MILO, plus whatever else already out there that is needed (like the QoS_Ontology, in our case)? (UO)
- Adam: we can decide on that. However, on the SIGMA-kee, you can load the individual ontologies separately, and SIGMA will present them seamlessly (with a remarking telling you where the axioms come from). (UP)
- Garret: IPR issues (UJ)
- 3. Discussion: how should this be presented to a typical eBusiness Standards body to have it make sense to the audience and make the desired impact. (UQ)
[Since our are supposed to be presenting something at the 2004.08.03 EIDX Conference in Orlando, alongside ebXML CCT people and UDEF people, let's use that scenario to formulate our delivery strategy. -ppy] (UR)
- (US)
- for a starter, we can present an alternative specification as an alternative to the natural language definition for each and every CCT term specified, stated in KIF (and based on First Order Logic), which we will present as being a more rigorous definition to the said term. (UT)
- would be nice if we could hyperlink the CCT vocabulary and present that on a browser through the SIGMA-kee (UU)
- we'll essentially be presenting what equivalent to cells [A6..G61] of the v0-2f worksheet, but updated with SUMO references against each CCT type and component. (UV)
- 4. Follow-up, next steps and workplan update. (UW)
- will merge the spreadsheet entries and map all CCT Supplementary Components to SUMO as well. (UX)
- Adam will work on the linking of the spreadsheet to SIGMA-kee for presentation. (UY)
- we continue to work against the short-term plan agreed to on our 2004.06.15 work session, and will aim at opening up this segment of the work to review and comments from the ontolog community early next week. (UZ)
- by the way, Garret has cancelled his trip to Waldorf, Germany, and will therefore have more time to spend on this project. He's deffering his comments to later next week. (V0)
Action Items [ --by / due ] (V1)
- Adam will work on merging the spreadsheet and hyperlinking that for SIGMA browser presentation. This will be CCTONT v0.3 [--AdamPease / 2004.06.19] (V2)
- All: continue discussion over the [cctont-imp] amiling list, and post insights to /CctRep_Feedback & /CctRep_Recommendation as appropriate. (V3)
- call adjourned 11:43am PDT (V4)
