I am happy to report back that Forest and I have made contact and had
just spoken to each other. Forest is planning to join us in the work.
He will be looking into the details regarding participation* in this
OASIS TC work now. I have also just subscribed him into this
[uom-ontology-admin] list.

(off-line) suggestion from the OASIS folks as to how best
to go about this (e.g. linking up with the OASIS CN folks,
