As mentioned in the minutes the normal day for the Nov. SOCoP call is on Thanksgiving week.  We should move it a week earlier or later. To help advance the final prep for the Nov. 29-30 workshop it is probably better to move it to the week of Nov. 12-16.

Wednesdays from 11-12 have proven difficult for some this semester and we might try a Tuesday at that time (11-12) or later in the day.

Please let me know your preferences and if we can get a quick consensus we can set up a call accordingly.
