[socop-forum] Draft Minutes from Wednesday’s SOCoP Meeting Oct. 17, 2012

Attached are the draft minutes from the
Oct. SOCoP meeting which discusses 
GUI tool development, the Terra Cognita workshop at ISWC, plans for a Nov 29-30 workshop and the Ontolog mini-series on Earth Science topics.

Of note also is the idea of having telecons other than on Wed from 11-noon (EST).  There seems to be
some conflicts for enough people to consider a later time on Wed (perhaps 1-2) or a different day such as Tuesday in the afternoon.
