To answer your question, copied below,
yes.  We have names (point data) and hydrography (line/poly data)
for all of our sample geographical area datasets converted, but not all
are on the download site because we want to do more validation before they
are released. The data of the 9 geographical areas for the two themes came
out to about 8 million triples. 

We've loaded a SPARQL endpoint and we're
using GML to produce small graphics/maps in response to SPARQL queries,
so that the results are not just lines of characters.

I get this information from our computer
programmers who are doing the work; I have not checked out our server to
look at it yet, but I'll try to do so before Wed. 
I'm not sure it's cleared for public
use yet, so I don't have a final release date.
