Thank you for the heads up, Michael.

In view of the fact that several has already sent in their regrets, and that July 4th, the US Independence Day (a National Holiday here in the US) is coming up on Wednesday, maybe we should cancel/reschedule tomorrow's call too.

Does anyone have a burning issue that needs a synchronous interaction tomorrow (if so please speak up within the next 4 hours)?

Barring a serious need to confer that we cannot substitute with interaction via email, let's cancel tomorrow's meeting.
