I don’t think it’s quite accurate about OOR:
“The scope of OOR goes beyond ontologies, to include
database schemas and XML schemas.”
We’ve talked about possibly adding terminologies in SKOS, but other than that, just RDF, OWL, and Common Logic, I think.
