[ppy]  this is great news! OOR will be able to use LGPL libraries
(under the IPR policy "Software libraries, under either "gift" or
"reciprocal" open software licenses, may also be used in the OOR
software or system.".)    (04)

For those who weren't already aware, the effort late last year toward
coming to consensus on an OOR IPR Policy did come to fruition. See:

[ppy]  I will look forward to having a conversation with Doug during
the Apr-18&19 Ontology Summit symposium. Would love to have JohnT and
DougS consider coming to our OOR team meetings to explore how we could
collaborate. Please see:
http://ontolog.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?OpenOntologyRepository ... to
find out what OOR is all about.    (07)

Thanks & regards.  =ppy    (08)
