9:00am EDT / 6:00am PDT / 3:00pm CEST / 2:00pm BST /
13:00 UTC is still the most preferred time for our OOR-team call ...
although 11:30am EDT / 8:30am PDT / 5:30pm CEST / 4:30pm BST /
15:30 UTC came in as a close second, and could be another choice,
especially if we go alternate weeks between project/content meetings
and technical/development meetings. (03)

Among other things, we will continue to discuss our "post-fork" OOR
architecture and API, and try to get the "Architecture Committee" a
bit better established. Ref. the discussion at the last meeting (see:

) we need proper representation from NCBO, NEU, UToronto, Bremen,
Raytheon-BBN, NeOn ... plus others who are considering. Please make
