[ppy] eventually, we should probably set up an archived email list to
collect/distribute these exception messages ... but (for now) to test
and make sure things function properly, please use the following:
- what is your smtp server? [mail1.cim3.com]
- What email do you want it sent to? [ oor01-sys@xxxxxxxx ]
- What is the domain the emails should come from? [ oor-01.cim3.net ] (03)

[ppy] you guys (NCBO/Stanford-BMIR) should be making this call (at
least for now) . ... that said, we can certainly start with "every
hour" and see how the system handles it. (05)
