With a very heavy heart I am relaying the sad news that Doug
Engelbart[1] has just passed away peacefully, at his home in Atherton,
CA, last night. (01)
Doug has been most supportive, and has watch silently in the
background, how this community has progressed, ever since we started
(back in 2002.) He has participated in several of our virtual events,
and had just endorsed our OntologySummit2013_Communique about a month
ago (May 28, to be exact.) (02)
Prayer and condolences to his family and his loved ones. Doug work,
and his spirit, will live on, through those of us, who has been
inspired by what he has done for the world! (03)
