I am sorry that we missed the kickoff, but as always ten things happen at one time. ODU is more than likely participating in the face-to-face and we also will be active in the preparation. Yesterday, we had another telecon for paid-research ... and this paying customers always look for results, projects could be so much more fun without deliverables. We truly believe that it is time for ontologies to be applied and solve problems. I attach a paper for which I am seeking input, ideas, constructive criticism, etc. You will see that ontologies are not over-emphasized (as the community is not ready yet), but that ontology is printed all over the paper virtually.
