= *REMINDER* =    (02)

Coming up tomorrow (Wednesday, August 6th) will be the last of our
three Joint Ontolog-OOR Panel Sessions that have been scheduled for
these few weeks.    (03)

Professor Kenneth Baclawski (Northeastern University) will be chairing
the session, which is entitled: "Ontology Repository Research Issues."
On Professor Baclawski's panel will be Professor Michael Gruninger
(University of Toronto), Ms. Elisa Kendall (Sandpiper Software), Mr.
Bart Gajderowicz (Ryerson University), Dr. Mathieu d'Aquin (Open
University, UK), Dr. Katherine Goodier (L-3 Communications), Dr.
Alexander Garcia (University of Bremen) and Dr. Todd Schneider
(Raytheon).    (04)

In this session, potential OpenOntologyRepository (OOR) contributors
will discuss research issues concerning ontology repositories. To seed
the discussion, the session will begin with perspectives from the
panel. We will then proceed to open Q&A and discussion among the
panelists and all participants, focusing on longer term issues
relating to both tools and content development for ontology
repositories, particularly as they relate to our Open Ontology
Repository (OOR)initiative.    (05)

If you are participating (or are planning to participate) in the OOR
development effort, or are developing content, applications or tools
for ontology repositories, you probably wouldn't want to miss this
session.    (06)

*RSVP now*, if you haven't already! ... Kindly add your own name to
our expected attendees list (if you are already a member of the
Ontolog or the OOR community), or rsvp by email (with your name and
affiliation) to both <peter.yim@xxxxxxxx> and <ken@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> to
register your attendance.    (07)
