******************** Details ************************ (016)
Following our highly successful panel discussion on Thu 28-Feb-2008,
where we explored the "Ontology Registry and Repository Technology &
Infrastructure Landscape," we are pleased to be able to bring
together, again, some of the world's top ontological content
custodians and researchers, to feature the following panel discussion
sessions. You are cordially invited to join us at these three (3)
upcoming (virtual) panel sessions. (017)
Two parallel initaives are ongoing in the community, revolving around
the theme of "Open Ontology Repository". On the one hand, a working
group under the auspices of the Open Ontology Repository (OOR)
Initiative, and on the other, the discourse (and essentially a
discussion group that will culminate in a two-day workshop at NIST on
April 28~29, 2008) conducted as the main focus for Ontology Summit
2008. It is at the intersection of these two initiatives that this
panel discussion session is being held. (018)
Besides hearing from the panelists, we are setting aside ample time
(~45 minutes) after their briefings, for some good Q&A and discussions
among all who will be participating in this sessions. (019)
Please also refer to details at the respective project homepages of
the two initiatives at:
http://ontolog.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?OpenOntologyRepository &

Please join us at the following panel discussion sessions and refer to
session details (including dial-in information, and speakers'
abstracts) at the respective session pages, the links to which are
