It seems that all past participle adjectives are subtypes of Capable, as in: "All Reviewed Things are and must be Reviewable Things" (though reviewing the unreviewable seems a pasttime of certain authorities lately...). I can't think of cases in which this obvious insight is not true, though maybe there's some links about this kind of grammatical ontology someone might know that;s thought some of this through - thanks.
