[ontolog-forum] pharmaceutical Dosage Forms

Do anyone here know about an ontology of pharma Dosage Forms? I would like to have something much more complete than http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/45400/?p=terms&conceptid=Pharmaceutical_Dosage_Form

I am looking for a controlled vocabulary with no, or little, ambiguity. I am sure the pharmaceutical industry must have terminological standards, but I have not been able to find them....
