Bravo! ... on moving to the NCBO software to the two-clause BSD license regime.    (03)

Among others who will now have more latitude to innovate by leveraging
your software, those of us who worked on the "IPR issues in Ontology
and the OOR" mini-series [1] back in Aug-2010, which eventually led to
the OOR IPR Policy [2] should be most appreciative of this transition.    (04)
